Stilton and Red Onion Salad with Beef Fillet
A bed of mixed leaves scatterd with chopped red onion, slices of fillet of beef and pieces of crumbled stilton drizzled with a port and walnut dressing

Scallops with Pureed Shallots and Black Peppered Tangerines
King scalllops seared and served on pureed shallots decorated with black pepperd tangerines

Polenta Pancakes with Spinach and Smoked Salmon
