A smooth creamy soup finished with creme fraiche and garlic and thyme croutons

A slice of bruschetta topped with melting mushrooms, onions, and Stilton cheese

Home Made Pate
A rough pork pate accompanied with a sweet and spicy apple chutney

Salmon and Spinach Fishcakes with Beetroot and Horseradish Relish
Salmon, mashed potato and spinach, seasoned and combined into fishcakes, fried and served with a delicious beetroot and horseradish relish

Seafood Tagliatelle
Mixed seafood bound with a cream and brandy sauce and served with tagliatelle, new potatoes and vegetables

Roast Norfolk Turkey
Roast Norfolk Turkey served with Chipolata Sausage, Cranberry Sauce and Seasoning

Roast Aberdeen Angus Topside of Beef with a Whisky & Black Pepper Sauce
Roast topside of Aberdeen Angus beef served with a yorkshire pudding and a delicious whisky and black pepper sauce

Mozzarella and Mushroom Wellington
Mushrooms, Mozzarella and spinach wrapped in puff pastry and served on a roast pepper sauce

If a simple and cheaper menu is required for parties the following is available at £19.50 per person. The menus however CANNOT be mixed i.e. some at £19.50 and some at £24.95
